Casualties of war.
Integrating accessories into vehicle mode is widely considered to be a good thing. However, it does have it’s weaknesses.
For example, Jazz’s shield forms the trunk of his car mode. Unfortunately, I do not have it. Which means his vehicle mode is incomplete.
Oh well, casualties of war.
Robot mode

Jazz was widely considered to be one of the weaker offerings of the original Movie 2007 toyline. Most of the hate was directed towards the robot mode.
People disliked three things. His inaccurate proportions, his weak posability and his lack of silver paint.
It’s all true. He’s fatter than he should be, his arms are weird and he’s grey (with AllSpark blue highlights on this version).
But he’s not that bad. His proportions are off, but the details are mostly there. He’s missing bicep swivels, a waist swivel and some other stuff but he’s not a G1 level brick. And he’s grey but has plenty of detail picked out by paint (with AllSpark blue highlights on this version).
He has a “telescoping sword” as a weapon. Yeah, no. That thing is a sniper rifle. Jazz will headshot you.
Vehicle mode

Jazz turns into an accurate Pontiac Solstice.
As far as molding goes.
But he’s grey.
He should be shiny silver.
Still looks pretty nice though. Just not shiny.
Closing
I basically got Jazz to be an accessory for Movie 2007 Leader Megatron. But I ended up liking him much more than I thought I would. I am gonna hunt down a complete version of this mold at some point.
But which one?
