Mixed drink.
Prime Hot Shot has the head of Armada Hot Shot.
The vehicle mode of Energon Hot Shot.
And the colours of Cybertron Hot Shot.
All mixed in with the Prime aesthetic.
Robot mode

Hot Shot is a repaint and remold of Transformers Prime Robots In Disguise Bumblebee. He’s got a new head and new paint. That’s all that’s changed.
So why does he look so much better than Bumblebee? And why does it feel like it was meant to be Hot Shot? I really don’t know.
Hot Shot has a really cool headsculpt. His eyes are confusing. At first you think they’re the silver parts but nope. The translucent blue underneath the silver, those are his eyes. Also, he has goggles. And they flip down!
In terms of posability, Hot Shot’s got plenty but he lacks wrist and waist articulation. Ankle tilts would also have been nice.
Vehicle mode

Hot Shot is a nice and very tidy blue muscle car. The colours and flames look so much more interesting than the original Bumblebee’s.
He also compresses down a lot in car mode so he ends up quite small. But it’s packed up tight in there.
Closing
Now this Hot Shot.
This is the anti-Universe 2.0 Hot Shot.
I came in expecting nothing, but came out with my favourite Transformers Prime Deluxe figure.
I highly recommend picking Hot Shot up.
