You should call him Silverstreak.
Like seriously. Bluestreak?
He’s black and silver.
But since his official name is Bluestreak, that’s what I’m putting up in the title.
Vehicle mode

He’s a car that rolls on all four wheels.
He’s nicely painted for a Legends figure. They painted all four windows!
You can stick his gun in a variety of ways. But because it’s so oversized compared to him, it looks ridiculous no matter what.
However, because I am a manchild, I think it looks awesome.
Transformation
Pull legs out back. Pull arms out from side. Pull chest down.
As basic as can be, but that’s not a bad thing in this case.
Robot mode

He looks really retro in robot mode somehow. I can’t really explain it, but I think it’s because he looks more like the G1 toy Bluestreak than the G1 cartoon Bluestreak.
Anyway, he wears the retro style well.
He has ball jointed shoulders, ball jointed hips and hinged knees. His toes go up and down due to the transformation. He can throw some decent poses out there with that level of posability.
He can hold his gun in either hand and it looks much better in robot mode than vehicle mode. It’s less of a handgun and more of a rifle. Which is awesome. Also, he can wield it like a club. Which is hilarious.
Toy or collectible?
I’m not recommending him as a toy because he’s expensive for some reason. If you can find a cheaper version of the mold, you could give it to a kid and they’d be happy.
As a collector, you’d probably only need this guy if you collect Legends scale Transformers.
Closing
He’s a good Legends class figure with a nice gun. But he’s not really a must have for your collection.
